Processing Orders:
Orders typically process in 3-5 business days. After which, your order may take up to an additional 8 business days to arrive. As a general rule, orders can take up to 13 business days to arrive to your front door; however many times orders do arrive sooner. Shipping time depends on your location as well as the warehouse where the order is sent from. Sorry, no COD or Escrow. Currently we only ship to the continental U.S.; sincere apologies to Hawaii and Alaska.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You must email service@bestbeerpong.com, before sending an item back, in order to set up a return or a replacement or to cancel an order.

20 Day Return Policy:
At Best Beer Pong.com we offer a 20 day return policy. You can return your purchase for any reason within 20 days and you will be refunded the purchase price of the product excluding any shipping and handling costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Please note that even though we offer free shipping on some of our items if you return the item our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages:
Please inspect your item at the time of arrival and immediately report if there is any damage. Also, it is important for claims purposes to sign for the item as damaged. If your item arrives damaged please contact us at service@bestbeerpong.com and include the following:

1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Description of the damage
4. Digital images of the damages

Upon receipt of this information we will process the claim and respond with detailed instructions. If it is determined your item arrived damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be sent to service@bestbeerpong.com. We will do our best to adhere to all requests. Please note orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours of shipping. A confirmation will be sent notifying the customer if the order has been canceled or not.
